As an extracurricular teacher, the Google Calendar is a great way for all of my students to see rehearsals, concerts, etc. so they can put them on their family calendars.
The Google Notebook could be used by students for projects, especially long term science projects where you regularly track progress.

Did you know you can sync your Google Calendar with Outlook?
ReplyDeleteYou have 3 ways to choose how to sync.
I sync in 2 directions so that any changes I make to the Google Calendar will automatically change my Outlook calendar & visa versa.
It daunting if you have a lot on your calendar so think about it before you hit "go".
